I was given the run around from this company from the get go. I was told equipment would be shipped and when equipment never arrived I was told I was scheduled for pick up at store location. When I pulled up what would be my bill a landline bill was also set up although I NEVER discussed a landline need. After about 3-4 calls about 45min-1.5 hours each NOTHING was resolved and 1/2 of the customer service reps literally just gave the run around and nothing was ever resolved.? I opted to go with another provider considering there was literally NO DECENT SOLID service. I got a different reason every time.
