Very pleased with Frontier DSL connection. Service now for over 10 years and it seems to always work, 100% of the time. I have been with Frontier since the beginning, the changeover from Verizon. Initial problems with speed and connectivity were resolved completely. Frontier went above and beyond in service attention. The came to the house several times, and eventually rewired everything from point of computer to the power poles in the alley. They then said, they were going to keep improving all the lines in the area, and follow my situation further "down the line", towards source hubs. I was impressed. I have now been with them for over 10 years now, and I must say, the solid connectivity has got to be the best value feature. Even during all the storms and hurricanes here in St. Petersburg Florida Tampa Bay area, I never once lost my connection. When everything else failed, Frontier and my internet connection was in place and running 100% of the time.
