Last Tuesday I had my internet re-connected. Thomas did the re-connect. He was very helpful and very polite. He had it connected very quickly. Today I got up and had no internet, tried to fix it by phone no luck. But there was a Suddenlink truck across the street. I got him and asked if he shut off my internet. He said no, a different job. He asked me what the problem was. I told him and he told me what it was. His name is Joe. I thank Suddenlink so much for hiring such polite, courtesy and informative people!
