Spectrum offered me a deal one mobile,TV, and IN. What the rep says over the phone is denied by other reps when I call in. I was offered free mobile for one year. There was no charge in Sept but there was a$30 charge for Oct. I have called in on three ocasions with no resolution. There was suppose to be a $30 recurring credit but it “went away.” I called in yesterday to billing and they created a ticket and said i would receive a confirmation email and 11 months credit. I never received the email. Interesting though, the billing rep confirmed what i suspected that the reps will tell you anything tot you off the phone.
