Terrible! Internet goes out several times a day since AT&T switched to fiber.

We had a tech named Tucker come to fix our Internet yesterday. He was fabulous. He fixed our problem due to a storm this weekend. He was unbelievably patient and spent the time to help us extend our usage to our pool and shop by showing us how to utilize our service. If all techs were as good as Tucker every customer would be thrilled. Thank you Tucker.

Went to ATT fiber which was to have a 360 coverage, not sharing with hundreds of others. Cannot watch movies or other shows streaming as the picture is in slow mo and audio works. Call in and they fix something and it works for a while then it goes back to the same old problem. I took some things off of WiFi to see if it would help, nothing changes. We will be looking for another option.

This is a rip-off company it will charge you twice for the same service that it's giving you

The internet is very bad and slow. Our house is small and we need an exteded due to the AT&T fiber is very bad. Also, they offer visa with 150.00 and we never received it and now we ask and they said that for 10 days pass we are not going to receive our offer(eran 120 dias and today is 129 days)

Horrible company. They charge you for things that should not be charged and then when you call them it takes hours for them to resolve it. They do not care about their customers.

Terrible. Has it a few years ago and changed providers. Chose ATT again and MUCH worse. Customer service is also terrible.

Patrick at the Northport, Florida location was Awesome! He was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and I will refer all my friends to him! He went out of his way to help me, and was extremely attentive as well. Thank you
