The speed of the fiber optics service is great. BUT, the lack of good customer service is horrendous. It took me over 15 days to get all of my stuff done correctly. The absolute worst customer service I have had in my 30 + years of working with internet/CABLE companies. My suggestion, make sure you have plenty of time and patience before you go with AT&T.

Stay away !!! Super bad internet connection!!! They cancelled my internet service without my permission!! They will waist your day in the phone to wait to talk to someone to help and they will provide you the wrong information and they will lie to you if they want !

Att is slow and unreliable. Regularly spend 2 hours trying to watch a half hour TV show on Netflix. Do not recommend

We had a tech named Tucker come to fix our Internet yesterday. He was fabulous. He fixed our problem due to a storm this weekend. He was unbelievably patient and spent the time to help us extend our usage to our pool and shop by showing us how to utilize our service. If all techs were as good as Tucker every customer would be thrilled. Thank you Tucker.
