Service stretches from the northern neighborhoods of Baden and North Point to Boulevard Heights and Carondelet in the south, offering coverage to central neighborhoods like Tiffany and Kingsway East. Charter covers the western edge of the city in areas like Hamilton Heights, Mark Twain, and Walnut Park. Eastern neighborhoods in the Charter service area include La Salle, Marine Villa, and Mount Pleasant.
