The past several months we have had no cellular phone service. Can't make or receive call, no updated messages or posts. The service has been terrible. As for contacting AT&T that is a farce. I've even went to 2 seperate locations to see if it were my phone, NOTHING!!! I had a guy update our phones yesterday in hopes that would help still nothing. We have no bars or SOS in the right side of our phones. It just started, but i'm very upset, since AT&T will not provide any support as to what is going on. I was told I could always upgrade to the newest phone in hopes that would HELP! That will NOT happen, I find a totally different provider-at this point couldn't be worse.
