Have called several time to get the speeds needed and have upgraded to higher plan and the speeds are the same as my previous plan. Have requested a new modem and they keep telling me it is okay but they can not fix my speeds. Tech support keeps telling me when I call that they are rebooting modem and changing setting each time I call. Will be cancelling service.
