Works Great...when it works. Goes out constantly. Tech support is great when they will help you which is not often. They say that it is dusting or ducting or solar or atmospheric interference and refuse to even check your equipment for malfunctions. Mine was out of service for five days one week and four days the next week at the end of June 2023 and they wouldn't even check it until I got ugly with them and threatened to file a formal complaint with the Public Utilities Commission. That got their attention. When they finally sent a technician, he had it fixed within five minutes. It was an equipment malfunction, not interference! They have the highest prices around, the fastest and best internet around, but it only works intermittently at best. Their technicians are very good at what they do normally fixing a problem within just a few minutes...But they usually will not sent them out to do anything!

The price is ridiculous. And asked for one extra day to pay before disconnect and they said no. One day because my social security check doesn’t come until then. Well I’m canceling it.
