I've been connected for 11 days. Today I didn't have Internet at all, all day. No communication on why, so I sat on hold for 30 minutes this morning waiting for someone to tell me there was an outage with no idea on reconnection time. Speed is no better than I had before. If I don't have Internet tomorrow, I will switch again.
