Our service cuts out constantly. We pay over $70 for the speed we have but it's slow and not consistent. We only stick with it because we have no options but it USED to be a lot better! Now I would not recommend it if you have other options.

internet service is intermittent. cable box needs to be frequently rebooted in order for remote to work. does not record all the time. they can't find problem but charge $60.00 per house call.
