I know ISPs normally get a bad reputation for being predatory and providing poor service but this one takes the cake for being the absolute worst service provider I’ve ever interacted with (I have experience using xfinity, Spectrum, AT&T and now Starlink). Given the customers who use this service at least in my area are older I have a feeling that the only reason this company still exists is to exploit these individuals who don’t know any better. Please avoid their service if at all possible. But I know this can be hard since they have a monopoly on internet access.
