Very poor service for a very expensive price. Internet consistently drops. When calling for support they threaten to bill you if they come out and the problem is not there issue. When the problem IS their issue....they promise to credit your account, and do not.

The service we have is not that good. The price is too much for what we get. Our system does go off line at times and we are just told they will look into it. We pay for high speed and most of the time it is very slow.
