I live in a rural area and they seemed like the best option. They charge so much for speeds we don't even receive. It was good for the first few months then all of a sudden went downhill. Wifi is always very inconsistent and is unusable past Google searches and sometimes Youtube. If you want to play any kind of video game, forget it. When we called them they would "try" to help but change nothing at all. Avoid them at all costs because you will only end up paying extra for less.
