Had problems with my router today. Tim came out to check everything and get me back up and running. He was very kind, knowledgeable and made sure everything was good before he left. Employers need more employees like him. Thanks Tim I hope you have a blessed day.

i wish that the phone service that they offered would allow me to make calls that are local instead of charging per call.

Always having internet problems and they are so rude and never want to work with you on your bill. They charge way too much for services
