they have a convenient location so it is always fast for them to get to me, they have a 24 hour customer service line for emergincies and pricing plans are tailored to your needs .

We switched from our cable/internet provider last year because the price kept going up and not overly reliable. Have just had slow downs with this new one

Very reliable, never have an outage. Much better than cable. Have had cable before and had outages all the time, speed fluctuated and customer service was terrible.
