A breath of fresh air for internet providers. I called Talkie to get set up with Fiber. The phone was answered immediately, and Justin took the time to explain the difference between Fiber and what I have currently Satellite. Additionally, he explained Talkie's pricing structure and actually talked me out of a more expensive plan based on him qualifying me based on what I use the internet for. I was installed less than a week later and in less than an hour. Lastly, Adrienne called me about 2 weeks later JUST TO ASK IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.. Where can you get that kind of customer service these days? TALKIE! Their plans are slightly on the expensive side compared to lower quality providers, but when you compare them to other fiber providers they are actually substantially lower priced and I can understand what Justin was saying originally when he said I'd love it. I do! Thank you Talkie!!

Talkie is a God send to the rural areas. They have the fastest 100% fiber Network and great customer service and best of all no automatic price increases or contracts
