Almost 10% of this workforce telecommutes. The middle-income residents rely on internet to keep in touch with employers and clients while they work from home. They also depend on the internet to help them stay in touch with family members who've been deployed in service of their country.

I've always had problems with the Internet going out for years alot. The more devices you have connected the more the Internet messes up, even though spectrum tells you that doesn't affect the Internet it actually does. Anyway I had just updated the modem because spectrum sent a email saying a upgrade was available for free so got that sent to my house and my husband hooked it up. A couple of weeks later for about a week the light would always go on red for hours at a time mostly and rarely on blue. So did a chat session online and they did a restart and it still didn't fix it so they said it was a bigger problem and they sent out a technician to our house. They did a awesome job on fixing the problem and even upgraded our router which spectrum had stop using a month prior already, we were not told that and eventually we would have had to have that upgraded but the technician told us they had a new one in the work van and hooked it up right away. They did a great job on fixing the problem and giving us helpful information on learning more about the Internet. Thanks again technicians!!
