They have unstable service and was on hold for over an hour. Also if you are a old Verizon customer (who they bough it from) they will not upgrade old fiber box, they just keep rebuilding with refurbished parts. You have to get on their 500mbs program which costs more to get new equipment, just a way to force you to pay more for service. I have been a loyal customer since 2003 and this is how you get treated, considering they are in bankruptcy I'd stay away from them. I have switched to Spectrum because they will give 900mps and have a ton of away from home features. Can use your Samsung smart TV directly (w/o cable box) and they have a virtual cloud DVR. IT also works with a Apple TV box they provide and its yours to keep, so no need for messy cable boxes.
