Forced to go to their store, wait in line, to do anything with them. Comcast, at one time, had to hire an armed guard because frustrated people had jumped over the counter to try and beat them. They are the only high-speed in town, and they know it. Musk satellites, if they lower their prices, will take away all customers needing high Speeds and could wreck their business.
