We are so pleased with Mel, who helped us over the phone get all our ring cameras working. She was kind and humorous as we had 4 cameras not working at once. She stuck with me until they were all working, even though I had to go from building to building. One of them, hadn’t worked for months and we’re so happy now.

Absolute worst. One day we were on hold for four hours and then hung up on. Another day two hours. Just trying to get our insurance back. I bet if we were buying something they’d answer immediately. Wouldn’t suggest this company to my worst enemy.
