I am NOT sure if my Empire Internet Speed is the same as my Spectrum was, but Empire is visually slower because large photographs do not become clear for some time if at all.

Have had the 1GIG service for a little more than a year and a half now. Super fast service. The only time I have lost service was when someone took down a telephone pole and that was only for a couple hours. I would recommend this service to anyone able to get it.
