Internet download speeds jump from unavailable to up to 12Mbps within the matter of seconds. Even directly connected with an ethernet cable, the same data fluctuates for downloads and streaming movies. Installed upgraded router, some improvements with connectivity and available area to connect. Can get double the speeds for the same price through other companies. IT assistance over the phone over concern is lack luster of detail and seem nonchalant. Will be attempting new company shortly in the future.
