This company has been the most inconsistent internet provider I have ever used. Some days it is flawless and everything works as advertised however this is only 1/3 of the time. The rest of the time it is either down or unusable. Apart from that my entire street had a minimum of 300gb+ increase in data usage in the same month, this is not a coincidence but instead a scam way to charge more money for an awful service. The only reason this review doesn't have the lowest rating is for the few times here and there that it does work and works well.

They said it was self install and after multiple calls along with several chat messages, I asked them if my line was activated. It wasn’t and they said they would need to send someone out for $100. They had my address before I signed up and isn’t that tech 101. Plus you should have told me the $100 upfront as a fee for receiving service not as a possibility. The workers also told me that they had to pay that fee to get theirs working. I asked to speak to a manager because this is shady business. After waiting 20 mins the employee said it would be 25 mins to speak with a manager. I cancelled service right then.

I've been with this company as long as I can remember.Over twenty years.The representatives at always kind and helpful but im sure they aren't the employees seeing the raise from me paying more. Lately,every six months or so they hike the price up three to four dollars. I'm so fed up with it I am finding a new provider.The service has not gone out and is fast enough for me but it is not worth the price hike they have so often.Id rather be without internet than be ripped off by their price hikes.Its robbery and corporate greed at its best.

We source localized coverage data displayed on our coverage maps from the FCC coverage database, which is updated every six months. For the most current summary of providers in your area, we recommend you use our zip code search tool, which offers the most recent coverage data straight from internet service providers (ISPs).

Our city overviews compare advertised provider speeds. We may also include real-world speed data gathered from millions of annual speed test results.
