Charleston Residential Internet Coverage

Charleston is the second largest community in South Carolina. Much of the infrastructure and culture in the area has developed to support the large number of college students. The well-educated, wealthy residents enjoy the activities offered from living in a waterfront city. AT&T offers DSL to 94% of Charleston homes. DSL is also available to 2% of residents from Frontier. Residents seeking cable internet connectivity have two options. Xfinity reaches 89% of Charleston homes while WOW! reaches 54% of residents from the coast to the air force base. Fiber optics are being introduced to the area. Home Telecom currently provides this service to 7% of residents along King St, but excluding the air force base.
