When it comes right down to it, what most people want is dependable internet speeds at a decent price and someone there to fix it fast should it go down. Few care about whether they get email accounts or McAfee or Norton internet security; they just want internet that works. From numerous tests we have seen, Time Warner Cable is capable of consistently delivering high Mbps. This is fast enough for most people to do the things they want to do online – things like streaming movies and music, watching video, checking social network accounts and shopping online.

Installer came on time and quickly completed the installation. Service is pretty stable...much better than Knology that we had before that. We've had a handful of outages in the two years we've been here and none of those lasted very long. Never needed to call for service for the internet as the outages were broad outages all over the area and they already knew about them. Just had to wait for them to fix it. Had to call about the Cable TV once and they were not all that knowledgeable. Basically if the "reboot everything" answer doesn't work, you're looking at a service call and probably it will be a couple of days. I imagine the internet part is the same. Pretty standard for most companies. Speed is fine for me, they are a little pricey (what cable company isn't?)

Xfinity is the WORST service provider. Employees will hang up on you. Their techs don’t know how to fix the internet. It has been installed for about 6 months and has never performed correctly. They have been here 4 times to fix it, the 1st being the installation. The other 3 times have been obviously useless because it still does not work. Managers will not talk with you, they hang up on you. The best practice they have for fixing the problems is this ONLY answer,, restart your equipment. Really, I would not be complaint if it was that simple, something is wrong, come fix it! Cannot speak with anybody that speaks clear English, every person I have talked to has been unbearable to talk with because of their extremely poor English. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ZFINITY SERVICE! I can go on all day about the terrible service and horrible technicians and even worse managers along with all their short comings but what’s the point. This company obviously hates its customers and does not care about the problems as long as the money is coming.
