Internet service comes and goes. May be related to a faulty phone line, but I can’t get Century Link to investigate. After dealing with the automated service, if I’m lucky enough to talk to a real person, they have me go through the same drill of doing a modem reset. So frustrating!

Their advertising & emails about locking in your pricing for another two years is deceptive! When you call even the "loyalty" service rep's they will tell you no matter what you do you service price will go up, almost fifty/month after the contract expires & there are no plans to keep customers like they have for new customers. Their website will not let you read all the details of the plans unless you are a new customer. They apparently do not care to keep business with current customers. The internet is great, but the quality of their TV broadcast is lacking- frequently pixelated & sound just disappears during programs. Have checked multiple channels to find the same issue so it is a Cox issue not the broadcasting channel. We are researching deleting our cable service just need to find a good internet alternative then we will use our Smart TV to it's fullest capacity.

my provider is ok speeds most of the time but the pricing is on an average kinda high for middle and low class families, and now a days internet is a most for all homes throughout the nation, even for small children who attend grammar school use the web for homework so i think pricing should be looked at so all who need it can afford it, thank you!
