Service i can not complain about. Price is my problem like so many others. More and more costomers i feel are becoming cord cutters due to constance price increasing It seem the more income you loose the prices reflect it twice a year. I am not a business man, but i see in the future cable company will move to charging for data usage by the gig and wont be a fixed rate. Im sure on yoyr end you see streaming services over taking watching say local shows, He just my two cents

For years i was a customer, and I will never use spectrum again, they tell you so much mis information. it seems like they do not how to resolve any situation. I have to called 6 times to disconnect my service. like they did not want mto do so. i requested to be have my service disconnect the night i was calling and they want to disconnect 12 days later. and so on. i dont know what happen to them.
