Predatory practice. We cancelled on February 22 and returned equipment on February 23 and were charged full price for the next month. We had to pay 84.99$ for 20 of no service or equipment. No zero option. We had internet outage 6-7 times nightly after 4 pm on weekly basis. For over a year. Had internet disappear sometimes for 2-3 days completely with no reduction of the bill. Unhelpful, rude customer service. Do not recommend.

Our internet connection is non existent if we step out on the patio. I can see strong wifi connections for my neighbors internet but nothing for mine. We have been a long term customer with att. Trying to connect to your account is a pain. Easy to buy something but difficult to get hold of real help. And when you finally do, it turns out they flat out lie to you. We are so done with them for our direct tv and internet. They keep moving prices up too, hoping you won't notice bc you have autopay!
