Frontier has got to be the worst ever. We could only get frontier internet. Or Hughes net. We had frontier for 10 hrs I’d say half the time we was waiting on the repair guys to fix it . Sometimes it took as long as 2 months for them to get there. The last 2 technicians just told us. “ frontier doesn’t want to service our area any longer. The equipment all needs replaced “ when someone moved out of a residential home the new tenants was refused service. The technicians was telling the truth. One by one frontier was cutting off service to our area. We stuck with it till recently. Mainly because last summer they surveyed the area for fiber optic wire. We was under the impression we’d finally get decent internet. Until we found out from the technicians frontier had no plans on running the fiber optic lines up our way. . We’ve made complaints to the fcc and never done any good. Frontier received a lot of funding from the government in the past. I’d like to know where our tax dollars went . Probably in the ceos pockets. How does he still have a job? It’s not only our area. It’s everywhere. The internet is loaded up with websites and groups that are complaining about frontier. Why does the government let them even stay in business? I guess if you pay off the right people you can do whatever you want to the people that has no power. Hopefully they go bankrupt.
