Phones are ok. Their internet is terrible. Intermittent, at best. Tech came to my house and "fixed" it. Still terrible. I have to use my phones as hot spots a few times a week to be able to work. Upgraded for $20 a month. Still awful. Downgraded today and they jacked the price on my lower tier up by $5. After a $5 increase in April. It's nonsense. Apparently calling customer service will cost you an extra $5 a month. Shady business practice.

I have been trying to get a credit on my bill for over a month. I call everyday and am promised it will be resolved. There customer service workers have no clue what is going on ever. I do not recommend this service for anyone needing internet.

The past several months we have had no cellular phone service. Can't make or receive call, no updated messages or posts. The service has been terrible. As for contacting AT&T that is a farce. I've even went to 2 seperate locations to see if it were my phone, NOTHING!!! I had a guy update our phones yesterday in hopes that would help still nothing. We have no bars or SOS in the right side of our phones. It just started, but i'm very upset, since AT&T will not provide any support as to what is going on. I was told I could always upgrade to the newest phone in hopes that would HELP! That will NOT happen, I find a totally different provider-at this point couldn't be worse.
