On Sunday, June 23, family and I went to your Kannapolis NC store. There was only one representative on duty, Toni. The store was packed. This single person was working two customers at a time. She was doing all this with a smile on her face and a pleasant attitude. Her attitude spread through the store and no one got angry with her. I complimented her in front of all in ear shot. I wanted to make sure her manager knew of this. This woman deserves to be praised by all her fellow workers and managers. Thank you for this opportunity to publicly compliment her.

This is the worst I have seen. Spectrum service is horrible for me. First, they provide a lousy service that is unreliable. I lost my Wi-Fi in the middle of my exam. My TV freezes every so often. Then, they hike the price of your service and tell you it was a promotional. I have been here for 3 years and prices have gone up every year (3 times). Spectrum is very unreliable in providing services that I need.
