I am stuck paying $274.89/month ($89.99 to start) rate has tripled since I added Spectrum and that included telephone.
I have contacted you on so many occasions for so many problems, including the reason I called initially about, error code (STBT-3802) this occasion, which is at least the 4th time minimum I have called customer service for the exact same issue/problem/concern.
What occurs is, if the pause button is pushed and left paused for over 15 minutes, like when walking the dog while watching LIVE TV, to return and commence watching the conclusion, after your return, nothing is saved, and after clearing the error code, it only returns to the current LIVE TV broadcast, losing everything saved to that point. Leaving the viewer unable to watch and utilize the services they are being charged and paying for.
When Daniel, my Tech was here, he was texting with a much more senior Tech, who advised, this was a known problem with the larger DVR/Cable Box, but they (Spectrum) have no idea whatsoever why this was occurring, other than a known problem with the equipment, not functioning properly.
If you ask me, Spectrum is committing known fraud, by selling a service, they are not physically providing to the user/purchaser. Even possibly rising to the level of bait and switch!
So the only reason I gave a 5 rating, was for the benefit of your employees who are being force to explain to customers, not only can they not fix your problem, but they have no idea, why it will not work and why there is no fix.
