I like the intro rate for internet services. I don’t love that my rate is going to double now once my first year is up. I also don’t love that I don’t have the option to go elsewhere currently. The installation technician was very nice.

Both the internet and cable services are unreliable. I’ve only been a customer for nearly a year and have incurred multiple bill increases in that short time. On a positive note, the customer service reps act professionally.
