Very easy process…called and spoke with Eric in customer service, he answered all my questions about availability, which package best suited my needs and explained the entire installation process. The installer was very professional and explained everything he was doing…took him about an hour to complete the installation….and he showed up exactly when he said he would! Although I’ve only had c spire fiber for a couple months…so far it’s been flawless.

I have had C Spire for almost a year now and was one of the first in my neighborhood to get it when it became available. My previous carrier was constantly going down so I was excited to have another choice of provider. I have never experienced an outage nor had any problems whatsoever. C Spire is very fast and reliable. I highly recommend them.

Amazing price and amazing service. Haven't experienced an outage or interruption in months. My previous provider had issues once a week and double the price for HALF the speed. I love C Spire!!!!!!!
