Not even getting close to what we are paying for. They send out techs and nothing gets resolved. Assigned 3 different supervisors and still nothing gets resolved. Why exactly are we paying 161.00 dollars a month for substandard internet service. Their techs and supervisor's can't or don't want to fix the problem and they don't understand why we as customers are pissed off
Worst internet on the planet. They installed fiber optic internet at my cabin and it literally goes out every weekend around 8PM and doesn't come back on until 9AM the next morning. Plus, it's expensive $75/mos and slow 30 Mbps.
Because Spectrum pricing continues to increase, we switched to streaming services only. Since we switched in the middle of a billing cycle we are still on the hook to pay the entire bill even though we won't have the service. When I asked to reinstate the service to get me to the end of the billing period so we could just use what we're paying for, they wanted to charge me another $59 (hook-up fee) besides the high bill.
