I had an attitude go phone since 2006, it wasn't my best phone, but it was inexpensive and mostly reliable. It was on auto pay and carried a balance in my favor. Without any notice att turned off my phone and issued the number I'd had for over 16 years to someone else. I've called att 6-8 times and have only gotten passed from department to department until the line goes dead. If I didn't have hundreds of dollars in credit, I wouldn't have even cared. I would not recommend att and I will never again carry their products.

Although cheap when you first start with them, the price will slowly go up as you stay with them. What's more it will continuously have outages. after going through their customer service, being told that the modem is not working right, replace it, even go through wiring, the problem still happens. they will them blame it on the week's weather although the problem persists for several months.
