I paid $200 dollars for 550Mbps and I got half that and below 3 upload speed, the speed isn't the only bad part the packet loss in watching a video, even playing video games I got a horrible experience, like how hard can it really be to just route me to the to the best server connection things like gearup booster, or exitlag can't save it at all, sad use of money and resources.
