I have had this service for two months I pay for six mps and have been receiving one to three mps after calling about slow speeds many times it is now less useable it may work for ten seconds then freeze for ten to thirty seconds and it will do this the entire time while trying to use it.

Windstream has too many problems keeping internet speed at what you pay for, it varies minute by minute. Just not reliable and as for the value, too high for what you get!
