I have an AIRBNB home in Rockport. We SPECIFALLY requested that they block the guests from being able to charge movies and from adding apps to our accounts. Therefore, we put this on autopay. However, They have been charging us for all kinds of stuff without our approval. Our monthly basic service and internet was over $300 a month. For years they charged us without us knowing. That is my fault for trusting a company practices. There is a reason they they have 1.2 rating in service. They offered me $20 refund after cheating me for nearly 3 years of over charging my account.

Our provider's speed is very good but overall cost is too high so we limit ourselves to the bare necessities. Service can be intermittent and we lose Internet, which affects our TV viewing, phone line service, daily.
