Optimum does nothing but cause problems. Slow speeds for insane prices (i can get gigabit from verizon at the same price as optimum 400) and constant outages and 30 minute maintenance without warning where internet just cuts out of nowhere almost daily. I hate this company to the point that I will specifically not move somewhere if it means being stuck with only Optimum as my ISP
