Xfinity was fine, although overpriced compared to the competition. But once you cancel service, the nightmare begins. I've spent a month trying to convince them I do not have their equipment. Every rep says the same thing to pacify me, but I continue to get equipment return reminders. I doubt that I will see my refund. Steer clear of this company.

Worst customer service ever. Call to get the phone line removed. They ended up turning off the internet. Left the phone line connected. Tried to resolve the problem. They want to give me the runaround. Spent almost 4 hours on hold. Still didn't get a definitive answer. Will be finding new internet provider. Do not recommend to anyone, especially if you look to make any kind of change to your policy.

I don't really like my internet connection or my internet provider.not very good service with my internet or with any reps at century link.had not have good experience with them and don't feel like i have a voice with them.
