Unfortunately I find CenturyLink to have poor service when it comes to responding to outages. I called in on the 3rd to let them know internet was out and they scheduled a technician to come out that day. That day came and passed and they said they would be out the 5th being the fourth was a holiday. Let's just say on the 5th there was no show they said the six there was no show and then on the 9th they said they would show but instead we had a notification that there was a outage in our area at 10:00 that night they said the outage was fixed but we still had no internet. So I called back and was told somebody would be out. Did not hear back so I called the next morning was told it would be another 5 days. I said what kind of company keeps putting people off you think if you did not show the first time you would show up the next day cuz they would be the next in line. If you have a choice do not go with CenturyLink

I was a little late on my bill because I had to change cards and forgot to give him the new card number so I was a few days late and still I got TV but no internet and it's been over a week maybe two not happy at all! I pay $250 a month and I don't even have any HBO showtimes or movie channels anything special and this is how you get treated. Sick abandon over and taking it with all these companies! Can't even put in your provider the way you want on your review!

I have been fighting with this provider for many years and I think we have finally outgrown them. There internet is very slow and download speed is even slower. We are gamers and we need faster service. I have argued on the phone with this provider for hours before getting half the service I deserve. I'm in need of better service, faster service, better customer support! I called to ask about paying for better internet and they said better service is not available in my area. Really not at all?? This is bogus!! If I cannot get faster internet I need to find another provider who can provide me with better service.
