My business has been shut down for a week costing me 500.00 a day due to a mistake one of your Representatives made and it is still not resolved. I will be canceling my att and Directtv accounts due to receiving no help after calling everyday. It's unbelievable I will tell everyone I know that they should beware of att from know on. I have been a 10 year customer and have never been so disappointed in a company. I will make sure to tell everyone about my experience.
