Verified User

Service drops 5 to 6 times a day (and usually when I need it most). The solution is always to reboot the modem, but it does not solve the problem. We have replaced the modem 3 times now and still have issues.

If you have an alarm system, it won't work 80% of the time since the Spectrum services go down at least 4 times a month. If you call about the internet down they will say it is your fault even though their app and site says there is an outage in your area.
