Our internet is not working after power outage. Used online service to troubleshoot and was instructed equipment needed exchanged. I specifically asked how to do it and what was needed. I was told to take my equipment and my ID to local store to exchange. They were aware they were speaking to me and not my spouse. So…after waiting an hour at store to exchange, having my ID and all account information and passwords I was told I cannot exchange as I am not an authorized used. Keep in mind the online technician I spoke to was going to send equipment to my home. My kids need internet for their school work, so I opted to exchange myself. Clerk was rude. Said my husband had to call and leave a voice message in order to add me. (After I left I was able to do this using our account log in on line) she said That online service, account info, pins and passwords were irrelevant in store. She refused to let me speak w anyone else and told me “you are not worth my job”. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. Prior to this our service was adequate.
