Spectrum is a nightmare! The Wi-Fi is always out for long periods of time. They never give a real time when it will be back up. We live on base so we have to use their service and they take advantage of that fact, by giving us slower internet. You would think with all the maintenance they claim they are doing it would be faster and better, but it’s not. AT&T is way better. We never had these issues with them and our Wi-Fi was much faster and service was even faster. If you live off base DO NOT! use them and if you live on base good luck, because they don’t care and you will have issues with them until you move.
