Do not use Century Link! I work from home, and the phone line I use for business constantly goes out for weeks at a time and then internet goes out. This last time was the last straw-internet had been out nearly a week(I had to use my personal phone as a hotspot and went over on my internet). Called CL three times and would be on the phone 15-20 minutes each time-at first, they would telll me nothing was wrong and would insist my internet was working, but after insisting that it wasnā€™t they would come back on the line and say there was a wide outage and had no clue why or when it would be fixed(then had the audacity to tell me I could check the status of my ticket online when they knew I had no internet!) How is it that we are able to transmit communication with individuals in space, but Century Link canā€™t figure out how to have reliable service/customer service!

This has been the worst experience I have ever delt with they have mess up installation date 2 times they were very rude and not helpful when they didn't have a tech show up then said there was going to be someone out today was pushed back 4 more days for installation. They are holding up the ability for my business to open and get my security system finished as it has to go thru a phone line. I am super upset and this company could care less about helping! I do not recommend this company to anyone i am stuck using them because of my location. Horrible experience all around and I wish I could use someone else
