The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I took off work for an appointment. They never showed up and then lied multiple times about the situation. I will never use them again and I will be calling SPECTRUM !! Alta fiber does not care about their customers so I will find a company that does. You have been warned do not use Alta fiber !!!

Our service has gone in an out forever. To be paying close to $100 a month for consistent spotty service is a joke anymore. And when you call over and over and over about your lack of service they do absolutely nothing to compensate you for THEIR bad service. One of the biggest problems today, companies have subpar service but want to charge you like you are getting the nonstop best service there is. Cannot wait to have Verizon Internet service in my area, will definitely be switching immediately.

Time warner is not the greatest internet out there. currently I am supposed to have turbo internet, there is nothing turbo about it and my netflix now won't connect since getting the turbo internet even though the tech said we wouldn't have buffering anymore.
