Customer Reviews of Internet Providers in Moses Lake

This service is expensive for what we get. Lacking in quality of TV programming, can't rely on menu, freezes up, skips, & customer service is not able to correct anything. Canceling TV is okay but cannot cancel Internet or pay a fine. If I were to pay more for an upgrade with a router that enables saving, recording, pausing TV shows, sports, movies, music videos, etc., it wouldn't change the menu or the reception.
